This extension is intended for organizations that allow customers to pay off an order in installment payments. Organizations with high membership dues may want to allow members the flexibility to pay quarterly or monthly. This can also be used for large pledge, sponsorship, or exhibit orders that are paid off in regular installments.
This extension is not intended for auto-renewals, recurring donations, or monthly subscription-based membership (i.e. Netflix model) as Standing Orders is the recommended approach in those cases. This Aptify Marketplace extension only supports payment plans setup in the backend by staff. Any configuration to also support customers signing up for payment plans online should be done separately by Aptify Consulting or Client IT.
