This integration automates connection points with Aptify to avoid manual work related to registering the attendees twice and bringing the attendance back to Aptify when the webinar ends.
When a Product is created in Aptify, you can now also create a Zoom Webinar.
When a user registers on Aptify, it automatically registers them on Zoom as well. Zoom then sends a confirmation email with their unique webinar link and calendar invite.
You can now flag attendees Attended or Absent in Aptify after the Zoom Webinar finishes.
Optionally, you can create Orders in Aptify when the Zoom Webinar finishes if attendees were sent a direct link without initial Aptify registration.
